HGB adjust
HGB blank voltage within 3.2
V to 3.4 V or 4.8 V to 4.9 V.
WBC clog
1. Clogged the aperture;
2. Inappropriate WBC count
3. Solenoid valve error.

3. If the problem remains, shut down
your analyzer and contact Mindray
customer service department or you
local distributor.
1. Do the probe cleanser cleaning
procedure as instructed in Chapter
10.3.6.;
2. If the problem remains, adjust the
HGB gain as instructed by Chapter
5.3.4 to set the voltage within 3.4 to
4.8V, preferably 4.5V;
3. If the problem remains, shut down
your analyzer and contact Mindray
customer service department or you
local distributor.
1. Enter the "Service → Maintenance"
screen. Zap and flush the aperture as
instructed by Chapter 10.3.4 and
10.3.5;
2. Enter the "Setup → Settings →
Count" screen and record the WBC
count time. Then enter the "Service →
Self-test" screen and test the actual
WBC count time as instructed by
Chapter 10.5.1.;
3. If the difference between the reference
WBC count time and the actual WBC
count time is less than 2 seconds, the
error has been removed;
4. If not, enter the "Service →
Maintenance" screen and do the
probe cleanser cleaning procedure as
instructed by Chapter 10.3.6;
5. Enter the "Setup → Settings →
Count" screen and record the WBC
count time. Then enter the "Service →
Self Test" screen and test the actual
WBC count time as instructed by
Chapter 10.5.1;
