Check downstream oxygen sensor connector
a. Disconnect downstream oxygen sensor connector.
b. Check downstream oxygen sensor connector.
Repair or replace connector

Check downstream oxygen sensor heater power supply voltage
a. Turn ignition switch to ON.
b. Check voltage between terminal 4 of downstream oxygen
sensor connector E-043 and body ground.
