Check if there is voltage in ground circuit
a. Turn ignition switch to LOCK and disconnect the negative
battery cable.
b. Disconnect the TCU connector E-030.
c. Connect the negative battery cable.
d. Check if there is voltage between the terminals 24, 25
and 26 of TCU connector E-030 and ground.
Repair or replace failed circuit

Replace TCU
