All instruments and gauges of the 1967 Trucks are in­
stalled in the instrument cluster.

instruments and gauges. Illuminating and indicator lamps
may be replaced without removing the cluster from the
vehicle. On models with a laminated die cut circuit the
bulbs are installed in plastic holders which lock into the

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove choke control knob.

7. Tighten bolts to proper torque, remove pin from
switch lever and check operation of switch; lower
vehicle.

cluster housing, on all other models the lamp sockets are
clip retained and can be quickly snapped in or out of
position.
Regular maintenance is not required on the instrument
cluster or its components other than maintaining clean,
tight electrical connections, replacing defective parts and
keeping the speedometer cable properly lubricated.
3. Remove windshield wiper knob and bezel nut.
4. Remove light switch rod and bezel.
5. Disconnect speedometer cable and chassis wiring
harness connector at rear of instrument panel.
. Protect mast jacket with suitable covering.

7. Remove cluster retaining screws from face of as­
sembly and remove cluster assembly from console.
