lower end of mast jacket through opening in firewall,
guiding the steering coupling onto the steering gear
wormshaft.
2. Loosely install mast jacket support clamp at dash
panel and, on light-duty models, at firewall.
3. Adjust position of mast jacket and tighten clamps at
steering gear and mast jacket supports.
4. On 3-speed and automatic transmission models, con­
nect transmission shift linkage.
5. On 10, 20, and 30 series trucks install parking brake
support and lever assembly, and trim plate at dash
panel.
. Install seal at firewall and reconnect parking brake

7. Adjust lower mast jacket bearing as outlined under
. Connect wiring.
