*1: Replace the IP suction pumps when either one of the following conditions is met.
- Every three years
- When process count reaches the number set in CONDITION OF PUMP LIFE
under EDIT CONFIGURATION.
When CONDITION OF PUMP LIFE is set to "NO DISP", 180,000 process
counts is the condition. In other cases, the set number of the process count is
the condition.
