11.2 Addition of Base and Station Axes
3. Select the desired item.
4. Press [ENTER] in the CONNECTION window.
– The setting in the CONNECTION window is completed and the
window moves to the AXES CONFIG window.
The axis type and motor type are specified in the AXES CONFIG window.
1. Confirm axis type of each axis in the AXES CONFIG window.
– The axis type of each axis is displayed.
The AXES CONFIG window (in case of the TURN type)
The AXES CONFIG window (in case of the UNIVERSAL type)

the axis type cannot be changed
BALL- SCREW: Traverse axis (ball-screw)
RACK&PINION: Traverse axis (rack&pinion)
ROTATION: Rotation axis
