Basic settings for ventilation

The basic settings of the ventilation parameters are
listed in the following tables:
– Pressure-controlled ventilation modes
– Spontaneous breathing support
WARNING
If flow measurement is deactivated for SPN-
CPAP with the use of a nasopharyngeal tube,
use a separate monitoring device.
CAUTION
Only remove the water trap of the expiratory valve
briefly during ventilation. Otherwise, ventilation
will be impaired.
