Renaming file and directory properties

Information on directories and files can be displayed in the "Properties for ..." window.
Information on the creation date is displayed near the file's path and name.
You can change names.
Changing access rights for NC data
Access rights for execution, writing, listing and reading are displayed in the "Properties"
window.
● Execute: This is used for the selection
● Write: Controls the changing and deletion of a file or a directory
You can set the access rights from keyswitch 0 to the current access level. If an access level
is higher than the current access level, it cannot be changed.
Procedure

1. Press the "NC" softkey.
2. Select the desired directories/workpieces/files in the data tree using
the "Select" softkey or by using the cursor or mouse.
3. Press the ">>" and "Move → Local drive" softkeys.
The files are cut-out and saved in the appropriate directory of the local
drive.
Note
If, for example, you have no write rights for the local drive, then you
will receive an error message. The file remains in the NC memory.
If a file with the same name already exists, a prompt opens and you
can respond with "OK", "Overwrite all", "No overwriting" or "Skip"
copying.
1. Select the Program manager.
2. Choose the desired storage location and position the cursor on the file
or directory whose properties you want to display or change.
3. Press the ">>" and "Properties" softkeys.

The "Properties from ..." window appears.
4. Enter any necessary changes.
5. Press the "OK" softkey to save the changes.
