Sorting, alarms, faults and messages
If a large number of alarms, messages or alarm logs are displayed, you have the option of
sorting these in an ascending or descending order according to the following criteria:
● Priority
● Date
● Number
As a consequence, for every extensive lists, you can obtain the required information faster.

1.
Select the "Diagnostics" operating area.
2.
Press the softkey "Alarm list", "Messages" or "Alarm log" to display the
requested messages and alarms.
3.
Press the "Sort" softkey.
The list of entries is sorted in ascending order according to date, i.e. the most
recent information is at the end of the list.
4.
Press the softkey "Priority", "Date" or "Number" depending on the criterion that
you wish to use when sorting.
5.
Press the softkey "Descending" to sort the list in a descending order.
If, e.g. the sorting criterion "Date" is selected, then the most recent event is
displayed at the beginning of the list.
