The Preference tab contains settings pertaining to the initial display state. During runtime
the display surface or color depth may be changed by software.
Initial Display
Panel Color Depth
Sets which display device is used for the initial display.
Selections made on the CRT and Panel tabs may cause
selections on this tab to be grayed out. The selections
"None" and "Panel" are always available.
Sets the initial color depth on the LCD panel.
