Repairs
4. Remove the FlexLink™ lower screw (D) and washer (C).
5. Remove the FlexLink™ (B) and the sockets (A).
Mounting FlexLink™
1. Mount the upper and lower sockets (A) to the FlexLink™ (B).
2. Fit the washer (C) to the screw (D) and mount the lower part of the
FlexLink™ to the rear swing arm.
3. Raise up the front swing arm with your hand (C) and fasten the
upper part of the FlexLink™ with the washer (B) and screw (A).
4. Mount the drive wheel, see Drive wheels .
Drive units
The following tools are necessary for this task:
• Torque wrench.
• Allen socket,6 mm.
Removing drive unit
1. Switch off the main power switch on the control panel.
2. Remove the drive wheel. See Drive wheels .
3. Remove the chassis covers, the fenders and the drive unit cover. See
Covers .
4. Disconnect the drive unit cabling from the power module (M1 and
M2).
