Permobil M1
1. Secure that screw (B) is in the proper position as indicated by the
scale, see the Seat matrix page 118. Fit the screws (A, B),washers and
tighten them using a torque wrench. Tightening torque: 17.7 lb.ft
It is important that screws (A) and (B) are secured first, as they have
only unique positions that fit. Screw (D) have overlapping positions
possible that may lead to misalignment if secured before (A) and (B).
2. Fit the screws (C, D), washers and tighten them using a torque
wrench. Tightening torque: 17.7 lb.ft.
3. Place the forward of screws (B) in the correct position as indicated
by the scale, see Seat matrix page 118.
4. Fit the screws (B), washers and tighten them using a torque wrench.
Tightening torque: 7.2lb.ft.
5. Fit the screw (A), washers and tighten them using a torque wrench.
Tightening torque: 7.2 lb.ft.
6. Attach the seat plates. See Install seat plates , Page 96
7. Attach the seat cushion by pushing it against the seat plate. Make
sure that the Velcro tape on the bottom side of the cushion is
attached to the seat.
Leg rest actuator
Remove leg rest actuator
WARNING!
Risk of injury while adjusting leg rest
Do not place any weight or load on the leg rest while adjusting the leg rest.
1. Remove the seat cushion by lifting it straight up. It is attached with
Velcro tape on the bottom side of the cushion.
2. Remove the seat plates. See Remove seat plates , Page 96
3. Document the cable installation and screw positions.
4. Disconnect the cables.
