Description of the errors and remedies are shown below.
Description
Hardware error
 The position data in the parameter is out of
the setting range for the stepping motor
mode.
 The positioning address or movement
amount setting in the positioning data is out of
the setting range for the stepping motor
mode.
 The speed data in the parameter is out of the
setting range for the stepping motor mode.
 The command speed setting in the
positioning data is out of the setting range for
the stepping motor mode.
A stop command is supplied during operation
from a peripheral device.
The remote station READY signal [RX(n+7)B]
is turned OFF during operation.
The "Drive unit READY" signal is turned OFF
during operation.
The system is stopped.
 The D75P2 READY signal (RXn0) does not
turn OFF.
 Failure to start.
 The D75P2 READY signal (RXn0) does not
turn OFF.
 Failure to start.
Stopping according to the sudden stop
(stopping group 2) setting (deceleration and
stop/sudden stop) selected in detail parameter
2 (However, deceleration and stop only during
manual pulse generator operation)
