[4] Initializing the master station
Create the following program to initialize (set the parameters, start the data link) the
master station.
Refer to section 6.1.1 for details on the program conditions.

Set the No. of remote I/O stations, remote device stations, intelligent device
stations and local stations connected to the master module. (Including the
reserved stations.)
