Description
There was a partition firmware error
during a USB hotplug probing. USB
hotplug may not work properly on this
partition.
CRQ registration error; partner vslot
may not be valid
Failed to flash firmware: invalid image

An invalid firmware update lid was

update management tools are

Action
1. Look for EEH-related errors in the event
log.
2. Resolve any EEH event log entries that are
found.
3. Correct any errors that are found and
reboot the blade server.
4. If the problem persists:
a. Go to "Checkout procedure" on page
186.
b. Replace the system-board and chassis
assembly, as described in "Replacing the
Tier 2 system-board and chassis
assembly" on page 274.
