Section 5: Measurement options
2 V analog output
The 2 V ANALOG OUTPUT provides a scaled 0 to 2 V output that is non-inverting in the volts mode.
Connections for using this output are shown in the following figure. For a full-range input, the output is
2 V; typical examples are listed in the table below. The 2V ANALOG OUTPUT signal is not corrected
during calibration. Gain errors of up to 15 % may appear at this output, depending on function and
range selection.
Note that the output impedance is 10 k; to minimize the effects of loading, the input impedance of
the device connected to the 2 V ANALOG OUTPUT should be as high as possible. For example, with
a device with an input impedance of 10 M, the error due to loading is approximately 0.1 %.
