9.2 TRANSFER BELT POSITION CLUTCH AND TRANSFER
BELT POSITION SENSOR REPLACEMENT

1. Turn off the main switch and unplug the machine.
2. Remove the upper rear cover (4 screws).
3. Swing open the main board [A] (1 screw).
4. Remove the transfer belt position clutch bracket [B] (3 screws, 1
grounding screw and 2 connectors).
5. Replace the transfer belt position clutch [C] (1 E-ring) or the transfer belt
position sensor [D] (1 screw)
NOTE: When installing the new clutch [C], make sure to place the bushings
[E] from inside of the bracket [B] as illustrated.
