4.9 SCANNER DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT

1. Perform steps 1 to 6 of the scanner motor replacement section.
2. Remove the spring [A].
3. Loosen the 2 M4x8 screws securing the scanner motor assembly [B].
4. Remove the supporting bracket [C] (5 screws and 2 connectors).
5. Remove the CG power pack [D] (2 screws and 3 connectors).
6. Lift up the scanner unit. (See Optical Housing Unit Replacement Section.)
7. Remove the wire pulley under bracket [E] by unscrewing the 2 screws [F].
8. Replace the scanner drive belt [G].
