8.5 DUAL MIXING ROLLER REPLACEMENT (FOR ALL
COLORS)

1. Collect the developer. (See Developer Collection section.)
2. Remove the desired development unit. (See Installation procedure
section.)
3. Remove the gear - 40z [A] and bearing [B] at the rear of the unit (1
C-ring).
4. Remove the 3 gears [C] (2 E-rings and 1 C-ring) then the flange [D] and
the seal [E].
5. Pull out the dual mixing roller and remove the rubber ring [F].
6. Replace the dual mixing roller [G].
NOTE: When reinstalling, make sure that the rubber ring [F] and the flange
seal [E] are secured firmly to prevent developer from spilling out.
7. Install new developer. (See Developer Installation section.)
