14.5 PAPER TRANSPORT BELT REPLACEMENT

1. Remove the upper left cover. (Refer the Exterior section.)
2. Remove the fusing unit. (Refer the Fusing Unit section.)
3. Remove the paper transport belt lever [A] (2 screws).
4. Remove the snap ring [B] and connector [C].
5. Slide out the paper transport belt unit [D] as shown.
6. Remove the 2 transport belt rollers [E] (transfer belt side) as shown.
7. Unscrew the 2 securing screws [F] (rear side).
8. Replace the transport belts [G].
9. Reinstall the unit.
