NOTE 3: Transfer Roller Unit
The end of the transfer roller shaft
[A] should be lubricated with Mobil
Temp 78 grease every 40 K scans.
NOTE 4: Lubricant Brush Unit
The following parts should be
cleaned every 40K scans:

Lubricant brush guide
rollers [B]
•
Lubricant brush
bracket [C]
•
lubricant brush
entrance seal [D]
NOTE 5: Fusing Unit 1
When replacing the hot roller [E] every 40K scans, lubricate the inner and
outer surface of the heat isolating bushings [F] with Barrierta L55/2.
The ball bearings [G] for the hot roller
should be cleaned with dry cloth
every 40K scans and should
be replaced every 160K scans.
The fusing drive gears [H, I]
should be lubricated with
Mobil Temp. 1 or 78
every 80K scans.
