8.4 DEVELOPMENT ROLLER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

CAUTION: Never disassemble the development roller
assembly. The unit is adjusted with special tools and
instruments at the factory to ensure the proper
doctor gap.
1. Collect the developer. (See Developer Collection section.)
2. Remove both development units. (See Installation Procedure section.)
-Black and Cyan-
3. If replacing the black development roller assembly, remove the black and
cyan development unit guide rail [A] (2 screws).
4. Lift the latches on both sides over the pegs [B] and pull the black
development roller assembly [C] or the cyan development roller
assembly [D] out.
