4.10 SCANNER HOME POSITION SENSOR/SCANNER
MOTOR DRIVE BOARD/LAMP REGULATOR

BOARD/SCANNER UNIT LIFT SENSOR REPLACEMENT

1. Perform steps 1 to 6 of the scanner motor replacement section.
-Scanner Home Position Sensor-
•
Remove the Scanner home position sensor [A] with the bracket on (1
screw and 1 connector).
•
Replace the sensor [A] (1 screw).
-Scanner Motor Drive Board-
•
Replace the scanner motor drive board assembly [B] (2 screws and 5
connectors).
-Lamp Regulator Board-
•
Replace the lamp regulator board assembly [C] (2 screws and 3
connectors).
-Scanner Unit Lift Sensor-
•
Remove the scanner unit lift sensor [D] with the bracket on (1 screw and
1 connector).
•
Replace the sensor.
