6.3 PAPER FEED MOTOR REPLACEMENT

1. Turn off the main switch and unplug the machine.
2. Remove the upper and lower rear cover.
3. Disconnect all connectors and remove the DC power supply unit [A] (4
screws)
4. Disconnect all connectors and remove the paper feed control board [B]
(4 screws).
5. Remove the 2 belt tension springs [C], and move the belts [D] out of the
way.
6. Remove the paper feed motor unit [E] (3 screws and 1 connector).
7. Remove the motor pulley [F] (1 Allen screw).
8. Replace the paper feed motor (3 screws).
NOTE: When reinstalling, make sure that the motor shaft and the pulley are
aligned.
