14.4 TONER TANK AGITATOR REPLACEMENT

This procedure is very messy. Always work on newspapers or anything large
enough to catch all the toner that will spill out. Take care to keep the
customers site clean.
1. Open the front doors and remove the toner tank unit (2 screws).
2. Remove the toner tank outer cover [A] (3 screws).
3. Remove both handle brackets [B] (4 screws each).
4. Remove all the toner tank covers [C] (3 screws each).
5. Dispose all the toner in the toner tank.
6. Remove all the toner supply motor [D] (2 screws each).
7. Remove all the gears on the toner tank front cover [E] as shown.
8. Remove the toner tank front cover [E].
9. Replace the agitators [F] (1 E-ring).
