Possible Cause
Install or replace and set the encryption
module.
Enable the log encryption setting.
Format the disk with SP5832-004.
Format the disk with SP5832-004.
Replace NVRAM with original NVRAM.
Replace HDD with original HDD.
If the error persists, format the HDD with
SP5832-004.
Contact Ricoh design section.
