Removing a Standalone System from a Network with HiPath 5000
RSM
If a standalone node (HiPath 3000) is to be removed from a network with HiPath 5000 RSM, a
new license file is required for the standalone system. A new, network-wide general license file
must also be requested for the rest of the network.
The "Rehost" function of the Central License Server (CLS) enables the old general license file
to be converted into a new single license file (for the standalone system) and a new general
license file (for the remaining network).
