outbound and inbound calls.

Activating SMDR Mode a@r Using the Bus Mortitor Mode. Lf the DBS 824
is in Bus Monitor Mode, the SMDR Mode must be reactivated to resume -
SMDR output. To reactivate SMDR mode from any extension, press:
ON/OFF #90 ON/OFF (to empty buffer), then
ON/OFF #93 ON/OFF (to activate SMDR mode).
