37.2 User Summary Screen

The User screen provides a summary of all user accounts. To access this screen,
login to the Web Configurator, and click Object > User/Group.

37.2.1 User Add/Edit Screen

The User Add/Edit screen allows you to create a new user account or edit an
existing one.
37.2.1.1 Rules for User Names
Enter a user name from 1 to 31 characters.
The user name can only contain the following characters:
• Alphanumeric A-z 0-9 (there is no unicode support)
• _ [underscores]

DESCRIPTION
This field is a sequential value, and it is not associated with a specific
user.
This field displays the user name of each user.
This field displays the description for each user.
This column provides icons to add, edit, and remove users.
To add a user, click the Add icon at the top of the column. The User
Add/Edit screen appears.
To edit a user, click the Edit icon next to the user. The User Add/Edit
screen appears.
To delete a user, click the Remove icon next to the user. The Web
Configurator confirms that you want to delete the user before doing so.
