Configuring Basic Settings for the SRX 210 Services Gateway with a Configuration

To establish basic connectivity on an SRX 210 services gateway:

In a typical network, the services gateway has the basic settings listed in
Table 29 on page 96. Determine the values to set on the services gateway in your
network.

Identify the services gateway.
Connect it to the network.
Specify basic network settings.
Navigate to the top of the configuration hierarchy in either the J-Web or CLI
configuration editor.
Configure the basic configuration settings.
If you are using the J-Web interface:
Click Commit to view a summary of your changes.
Click OK to commit the configuration.
If you are using the CLI, commit the configuration by entering the
command.
Verify the basic configuration settings.
