Fill the shock absorber tube about half way.

Carefully mount the piston rod.
–
Remove the special tool.

Grease the O-ring of the seal ring holder.

Mount seal ring holder
–
Mount lock ring

Do not scratch the inner surface.
–
Pull out the piston rod to the point where the seal ring holder is flush with the lock

Mount locking cap

–
Grease the O-ring of the locking cap of the reservoir.
Lubricant (T158) (
–
Mount the locking cap of the reservoir using the special tool.
Disassembly/assembly tool (83019050004)
–
Mount the lock ring.

Pull out the locking cap of the reservoir using the special tool to the point where
the locking cap is flush with the lock ring.
