Specifies the stop frequency.
The HP 8590-Series analyzer outputs data in
the format: 750000000. The HP ESA analyzer
outputs data in the format: +750000000.
Performs a discrete fast Fourier transform on
the source trace array and stores the result in
the destination array.

signal on which the marker is placed.
