10.1 Installation Planning Checklist
NOTE:
For AGFA employees only: Book the pre-installation tasks under task code "PRI".

1. Ask the Agfa sales
representative for a
contact person in the site.
2. Make yourself familiar
with the system overview
and the system workflow.
3. Make yourself familiar
with the scope of delivery
and accessories.
4. Make yourself familiar
with the installation site
size requirements.
5. Check the documents
and parameters that are
required for system
integration.
6. Pass the required
ambient conditions to the
customer and the
forwarder.
7. Check the required
electrical connection.
8. Check the digitizer
dimensions.
9. Pass the specifications
and safety standards to
the customer.

checking the requirements for the
installation site.
To see in which environment the
digitizer will be installed.
Basic information, to see whether
additional, site specific material for
installation might be required.
To see whether the planned
installation site fits to the size of the
digitizer.
To have all documents and data
available which are required for
system integration.
To ensure that the transport,
storage and operating conditions
meet the requirements.
To ensure that the required outlets
and required cables are available.
To ensure transport path and
installation site correspond to the
required size.
To inform the customer about
technical details of the product.
