redundant power supply module failure in both
systems and/or the redundant base unit failure
are detected.

[END NOT EXECUTE]
Entire program was executed without the
execution of an END instruction.
• When the END instruction is executed it is read
as another instruction code, e.g. due to noise.
• The END instruction has been changed to

Corrective Action
• Correct the voltage waveform applied to the
power supply module.
• Reset the CPU module and run it again. If the
same error code is detected again, the cause is
a failure of the power supply module, CPU
module, main base unit, extension base unit, or
extension cable. (Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative, explaining a detailed
description of the problem.)
• Correct the voltage waveform applied to the
power supply module.
• Reset the CPU module and run it again.
• If the same error code is displayed again, the
cause is a hardware failure of the power supply
module or CPU module. (Please consult your
local Mitsubishi representative, explaining a
detailed description of the problem.)
• Take noise reduction measures.
• Reset the CPU module and run it again. If the
same error code is displayed again, the cause is
a hardware failure of the CPU module. (Please
consult your local Mitsubishi representative,
explaining a detailed description of the
problem.)
