Meaning
• This relay turns on when machine OPR
control is completed.
• This relay turns off when OPR control,
positioning control, absolute position
restoration, or JOG operation is started; or
the CPU module is set from STOP to RUN;
or the drive unit ready signal turns off.
• This relay turns on when JOG operation or
speed control in speed/position switching
control set at a speed of "0" is started.

and SM1866 and will clear the SD1865 and
SD1866 values to "0".
• Even if this relay is turned on, SM1865 will
status.
