* [PCI bridge disabled; check System ROM version]
* [PDPI not found]
* [PDPI disabled; check System ROM version]
* [Board ID not programmed]
Audible Beeps: None
Possible Cause: The controller failed.
Action:
Reseat the array accelerator module.
1.
Reseat the controller in the PCI slot.
2.
Update the controller to the latest firmware version.
3.
If the problem persists, replace the controller.

1784-Slot X Drive Array - Logical Drive Failure
Audible Beeps: None
Possible Cause: Defective drive or cables detected.
Action:
Be sure all cables are connected properly and securely.
1.
Be sure all drives are fully seated.
2.
Replace defective cables, drive X, or both.
3.
1784-Slot X Drive Array - Drive Failure...
...The following disk drive(s) should be replaced:
Port X Box Y Bay(s) Z
Audible Beeps: None
Possible Cause: Defective drive or cables detected.
Action:
Be sure all cables are connected properly and securely.
1.
Be sure all drives are fully seated.
2.
Replace defective cables, drive X, or both.
3.
1785-Slot X Drive Array not Configured...
(followed by one of the following:)
...* Run Array Configuration Utility
* No Drives Detected
* SAS Cable(s) Attached to Wrong SAS Port Connector(s) – Turn system power OFF and swap SAS port connectors
to prevent data loss.
* Drive positions cannot be changed during Capacity Expansion.
* Drive positions appear to have changed. Run Array Diagnostics Utility (ADU) if previous positions are unknown.
Then turn system power OFF and move drives to their original positions.
