The external Smart Array controller is attached to the host side Smart Array
controller <controller name / slot information>.

Log message: The external Smart Array controller located in the MSA chassis labeled
as <chassis label> has reported that due to an unrecoverable read error, the
recovery of logical drive <logical drive number> was aborted while rebuilding
a physical drive. The physical drive which was being rebuilt is located in bay
<bay number 1> of the MSA chassis. The physical drive that reported the read error
is located in bay <bay number 2> of the MSA chassis.
The external Smart Array controller is attached to the host side Smart Array
controller <controller name / slot information>.

number> were taken from the failed logical I/O request.
The external Smart Array controller is also reporting that the last physical drive
to report a fatal error condition(associated with this specific logical request),
is located on bus <bus number> and ID <ID number>.
