Accessing the GPI/O Configuration Page

JUPITER L-S and LCD Series Control Panel Instruction Manual
After the GPI/O has been installed it must be configured before it can be
used. The NetConfig application is used to configure the GPI/O or you can
enter the IP address of the panel that the GPI/O is on, in the Address field
of a Web browser.
For information about how to use the NetConfig application
Note
see the NetConfig Instruction Manual (Part Number: 071-8190-
02).
The following instructions will explain how to know if NetConfig has
found the GPI/O accessory so it can be accessed, how to configure a GPI
setting, and how to configure a GPO setting.
Note
Grass Valley recommends that you do not use either "<--" or "-->" in the
Source/Sequence names, as the name will be ignored and may not be dis-
played correctly.
After starting NetConfig, navigate to the Product Web Access page. There
are two indicators that the GPI/O is working and NetConfig has found it.
On the left hand side of the page, the GPIO Configuration hyperlink will be
seen. On the right side, (under the JEP Hardware Description section) the
GPIO panel's name, ID, and Rev will be displayed
