CRANKCASE DISASSEMBLY

- Turn the lower part of the engine upwards.
- Remove the safety pin (3).
- Using a suitable puller, remove the pin (4) of the compensation arm (5).
- Rotate the compensation arm (5) upward.

6 - Remove the screws (6).
- Remove the lower crankcase half (7) towards the top, making sure the split
bearings do not fall out.

- Slightly lift the gearbox output shaft (8) and remove the oil seal (9).

Gearbox removal

Remove the gearbox output shaft (8) and input shaft (9).
