TECHNICAL MANUAL

DESCRIPTION:

This MMC is used to manage system license keys. License keys enable certain

features to be used as described below. This MMC can be used to enter new keys,

change or update keys, and view the license quantities permitted by an entered

license. In addition this MMC is used to enable tutorial and emergency licenses.

Each license has 2 areas:

This MMC allows the entry of 6 different key types:

TEMPORARY LICENSE

• URGENT LICENSE

[Available Only with v.4.30 or Higher]

This field is used to enter the 53-character

license key obtained from Samsung.

This field is a read-only submenu that displays

the options enabled by the entered license

(ALLOW), the number of licenses currently in

use (USED), and in the case of station devices

the number actively connected (CONN).

The URGENT license is a special key type

designed for technicians troubleshooting in the

field. When enabled, the URGENT license will
