4. Using above chart, press dial pad key
number to make selection

Press UP or DOWN key to make selection.
Press RIGHT soft key to advance cursor to
step 5 to enter extender if required or to
return to step 2.
5. If required, enter extender (e.g.,03)
OR
Press UP or DOWN key to make selection.
Press RIGHT soft key to return to step 2.
6. Press TRANSFER to store and exit
OR
Press SPEAKER to store and advance to next
MMC.
