To connect the drop cable to the Trimble GPS receiver, proceed as follows:

Prepare the drop cable end as follows:
2 Fit the adaptor outer, associated boot, and boot insert.

Bare back the cable outer and copper screen to 50mm.
Bare back the cable inner to 17mm.
Un-twist the cable pairs.
Strip the individual conductors to 5mm.
