Default boot device is set
incorrectly.

A problem exists with the

Two SCSI identifiers are set
to the same number.
Possible Cause
No Twisted-pair cable was
installed.
Ethernet cable connection is
loose.

Check that the write-protect

Reset each SCSI ID to a unique

Check that all connections
on the Ethernet segment are
secure.
