Insert a code to indicate to the system that the keystroke
immediately following should be treated as normal text,
not a CLI command.
E.g. Pression the question mark (?) character in the CLI
prints a list of possible tokens. If you want to use the '?' in
a configuration command, e.g. to enter a regular expres-
sion, press Ctrl-v immediately followed by the question
mark (?).
