Cutting Leading Edge

The leading edge of the media is cut before use after paper jams have been recovered,
when the media is replaced, and when the leading edge of the paper has become
damaged.
There are two methods available for cutting the leading edge.
•
Automatic cut: Load the media and select [Trim] from the printer control panel.
•
Manual Cut: Open the media tray and slide the cutter manually.
