Manual Feed Printing

Manual feed printing allows paper to be set in the (MSI) Multi Sheet Inserter/Manual
Feed Unit and data printed on the inserted paper that has been specified for manual
feeding when transmitted from a client. Manual feed printing is also possible by
observing the following procedure.

The optional (MSI) Multi Sheet Inserter/Manual Feed Unit is required for
manual feed printing.
Refer to the "Select Tray" section in "10.5 Logical Printer Settings" for details on the
functions available with "Select Tray" (page 236).
Set [Select Tray] to [Manual].
Transmit printing data to the 6030/6050 Wide Format printer.
The following message will be displayed on the printer control panel if no paper
has been set in the (MSI) Multi Sheet Inserter/Manual Feed Unit.
Set the paper in the (MSI) Multi Sheet Inserter/Manual Feed Unit in
accordance with the instructions provided in the message displayed on the
printer control panel.
Printing will start once the paper has been set in place.
