Replenishing the Toner
for Wide Format Copier/Printer w/
Scanner
If the message "Add Black Toner" appears on the printer control panel, replenish the
toner.
Observe the following when handling the toner.
•
When replenishing the toner, handle it carefully so as not to spill the toner on your
clothes or around the machine.
•
Never throw a used toner cartridge into an open flame.
Replenish the toner as described below.

Lift the scanner document table until it is locked
and cannot be closed.

Push in the lever shown in the illustration and
push the entire scanner machine toward the back
of the machine. The toner supply port will
appear at the front of the scanner.
