Output Order Preset

Sets the order in which copies are to be output when sorting has been specified or during
multi-job copying.
The scanned documents will be output in first to last order when [Ascending Order] has
been specified.
The scanned documents will be output in last to first order when [Descending Order] has
been specified.
Operation Procedure

Select [Output Order Preset] on
the [Custom Presets – Copy
Features] screen.

Select [Ascending Order] or
[Descending Order].

Press the [Done] button.
The specified values will be saved and
the screen will return to the [Custom
Presets – Copy Features] screen.
Refer to "4.17 Sorting Data for Output Using E-Sorter" for details on the sorting
function (page 78), and "4.18 Sorting Data using Multi-Job" for details on the multi-
job function (page 84).
