Chapter 3 Basic Copy Operations
When the [Change Setup] button has been pressed
The [Sample Copy Change Setup] screen will be displayed.
Copy setting can be changed.

Set up each of the required functions for sample copying.
Refer to "4.1 Outline of Copy Functions" in this manual for more details on
these functions (page 44).
Place the document face down and insert it in alignment with the document
insertion guide.
The document will be scanned accordingly.
Refer to "13.1 Documents" in this manual for more details on loading
documents (page 322).
Press the <Start> key.
A sample copy including the specified settings will be printed.

Repeat steps to to print out further sample copies.
The sample copy mode is cancelled every time a sample copy has been printed.
To print out further sample copies, it is necessary to press the <Sample Copy>
key again to make the necessary adjustments to the settings.
Once the optimum level for the copy has been achieved, press the <Copy
From Memory> key to print out the document again.
The changed settings will be applied to the entire image for copying purposes.
Refer to "3.3 Copying from the Memory" in this manual for more details on
how to copy from the memory (page 36).
